DSJ Series Drying Hammer Crusher is a new crusher combining drying and crushing technology. It can be used to dry and crusher the soft material, such as chalk, clay, filtered cake of slurry form, and so on. The moisture content of the feed material is no bigger than 20%. It is used to break, dry and calcine the gypsum of industry byproducts and flue gas desulfurization. And at the same time, it has the function of breaking and crushing. The rolling rotor breaks up the material, and then the hot air dry these materials. The airstream brings the crushed and dried material to separation chamber. Then, the fine powder enters into the cyclone tunnel in order to be separated, while the coarse grains return the hammer crusher to be crushed again. |
